We are looking for a Customer Success Executive that will make sure our partners, like New York Pizza, Pizza Hut, Apache Pizza, and Telepizza, are successful with our software solution.
Our customer success team sets our partners up for success. We provide Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) with the best omnichannel operation system in the market. You are responsible for onboarding new partners and are the go-to person when our partners have questions.
Your job ranges from preparing client meetings to installing our solution in specific pilot stores. You are the main owner of the relationship with the client, and their success is your main goal. You both tackle problems to ensure that our solution works well, as well as consult them on how to improve their business. As a Customer Success Executive, you are responsible for the onboarding of 1 new partner, and managing a portfolio of up to 3 existing partners, like for example New York Pizza, Telepizza, Apache Pizza, and Pizza Hut.
You interact with various departments of the client’s headquarters on a daily basis, while also building relationships with franchisees. You provide support to the client for complex problems that the 1st level Support team cannot solve. For new partners, you work together with the Sales team to ensure that onboarding will be successful. Internally, you work together with the Product team to ensure that our software matches our partner's needs.
Of course, you do not do this alone, the other Customer Success Executives, our Head of Operations, COO, and even our CEO is there to help you grow and make our partner's businesses successful with our software solution.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- You have experience within a customer-facing role
- You have a get-things-done mentality and a pro-active attitude
- You enjoy fully owning a project or a problem
- You enjoy building and maintaining new relations
- You have an analytical mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch (native speaker)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bonus points for another European language (German, Spanish, Portuguese)
- Bonus points for experience within the hospitality industry
